TMFX3 Triple FPGA PMC Module

The TMFX3 utilizes up to three Virtex II FPGA's. The first device is used to interface the TMFX3 to the outside world and can implement a 64bit/66MHz core or a user defined interface. Up to 140 I/O lines are available and serial PROM is used to configure the control block during boot.

A wide local bus connects the control FPGA with either the one or two other on board devices. 128+ I/O pins can be used to communicate between the two FPGA's. 20 I/O pins from each device are routed to edge connectors on the module to allow direct interfacing to each device. It is possible to attached up to 256MBytes fast DDR SDRAM to each FPGA device
